Remember Lot's Wife is a poem about letting go of the past and trusting God to lead us into the future. Letting go isn't easy, but it is necessary in order to move forward in life.
Description:
12" x 16" Solid wood frame stretched canvas.
Border thickness: 1.5"
Edge color: Black
Made in the USA.
Read the Poem:
When you refuse to let it go,
though you know you must do so,
remember Lot's wife.
Into a pillar of salt she turned,
as for her previous life she yearned.
What has been done is done.
What has been gone is gone.
Remember Lot's wife!
Do not stay stuck in this old place;
there is more ahead in God's grace.
And now must begin a new chapter;
it's okay to not know what comes after.
Remember Lot's wife!
Into God's hands leave all your fears,
He'll care for you and dry your tears.
Listen dear child of heaven's King,
the God to whom I tightly cling.
Remember Lot's Wife!
Do not your own future concede,
by looking back as you proceed.
